Your profile: full name, the nickname you play under, your WhatsApp number, and — if you gave them — an email address, date of birth, and photo. Two padel preferences (which side you play, which hand) used to balance teams.

Your play: which clubs you belong to, which meets and tournaments you joined, your match results, and the skill rating computed from them, including the self-assessment answers you gave when you started.

Money as records, never as movement: what a meet cost and whether your share is settled. The app never holds or transfers money. If you choose to add your bank account so teammates can pay you back for a court you fronted, that is stored too — you typed it in for exactly that purpose, and you can remove it any time.

Your password is stored only as a hash — a one-way scrambling. Nobody, including us, can read the password itself.

Members of your club can see the club's roster — names, nicknames and ratings — the same way a physical club noticeboard works. Admins and hosts of your club can also see your contact details, because organising a meet means reaching the people in it.

A club's public page shows nicknames of its active members only, and only if the club chose to be public. Share links that hosts send around — a meet invite, a live scoreboard, a tournament bracket — show names or team names and scores to anyone holding the link, because that is what those links are for.

Signed-in players can find other players in the player directory, which shows a deliberately small set of fields — never your contact details, never your money records.

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The app is free, and you are not the product — a club's play records are the club's business and nobody else's.

Data lives in the app's own database with our hosting provider, and messages like invites go out through your own WhatsApp — you see and send every one yourself; the app never messages anyone on your behalf.

If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address — nothing more. We never see your Google password, and the app gets no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account. You can always use your phone number and a password instead.

Your profile is editable in the app, and “Sign out everywhere” in your account settings ends every session on every device at once. Leaving a club removes you from its roster; your history of played matches stays part of the record of those matches, the same way a scoresheet keeps every name on it.

To have your account deleted entirely, ask your club's admin or email us — we will do it, and say so when it's done.
